How do I reset my password for Borrow?


  • Click the "My Salary Finance" button on the home page, enter your employer name. You will then be directed to a page specific to your employer. 
  • Go to the top right of that page and click ‘Sign In’. 
  • Enter the email address you used to register and click 'Having trouble signing in?’. 
  • Follow the instructions on screen and you'll be emailed a link to reset your password. 

Please be aware that this will expire in an hour, so make sure you are able to complete the password reset within this time.



How do I reset my password for Advance?

  • Enter your employer's name here
  • Click 'Sign In' at the top right of the screen
  • You can request a password reset by clicking the reset password button and entering your email address. 
  • You will then receive an email to the email address you registered your Advance account with instructions on how to reset your password.
  • If you haven't received the email with the instructions, please check your junk/spam folder.
