Your Advance will normally be deducted straight from your next payslip. Your pay will normally be reduced by the amount that you have Advanced.
If you request an Advance later in the pay period, between payroll cut-off and up to 4 working days before your actual payday, you'll still receive your entire pay on payday as all payslips have already been finalised. So we will collect the Advance amount from your bank account via Direct Debit on payday.
