To use Advance, you must have an active Direct Debit mandate with Salary Finance. When you take an Advance, the amount will be deducted from your next salary, resulting in reduced pay on payday.

However, if you request an Advance later in the pay period after your payslip has been finalised, the amount will be collected via Direct Debit from your bank account immediately after you recieve your full salary.

Cancelled or Failed Direct Debits

If your Direct Debit mandate is cancelled or fails, we will notify you by email. If this occurs three times, your Advance account will be suspended for three months, during which you will not be able to access Advance.
